By purchasing from Oliver Velez Store, you accept the following purchase terms, along with our refund, shipping, and privacy policies.
Purchase terms and right of withdrawal
In purchases made through Oliver Velez Store, the transaction is considered perfected when the customer has accepted its terms, including the characteristics of the products being sold and their payment. Fulfillment is verified when the customer makes the payment and Oliver Velez Store makes the delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to open and check the product before accepting it to their full satisfaction and signing the waybill. If the product or box arrives with any physical damage, please refrain from accepting it and return it with the carrier, making the corresponding note on the waybill. Therefore, once the waybill has been signed, the shipped product will be considered accepted. From that moment on, there can be no claims for shortages or alleged nonconformities that were not reported when checking the product received.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with the laws in force, for purchases made through the website the Customer has a right of withdrawal, which may be exercised within 5 calendar days of the date on which the product was received. To exercise this legal right, the Customer must return the product, at their own cost and risk, to Oliver Velez Store in its factory packaging and protections, without having altered or tampered with the product, and in the same condition in which it was received. Transportation costs and any other costs involved in returning the goods will be covered by the consumer.
Product returns are not accepted for reasons other than those provided by law in compliance with the warranty obligation. Oliver Velez Store is not obliged to exchange, replace, or refund money for reasons beyond its control and not attributable to Oliver Velez Store, except in cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, subject to the provisions herein and to the laws in force.
