No. Your digital access is independent of shipping. If you buy a bundle that includes cards, your digital access is granted on its own timeline while the physical cards ship separately by DHL.

My Trading Journal (and My Trading Journal Pro, inside the Toolkit) is set up for active IFT students. Because of that, the Complete Toolkit and the Poker + Journal combo are available only to traders who are already part of IFT and have an active IFT Pro platform. At checkout we ask for your IFT Pro username so our team can confirm your access after payment.

Our team checks your IFT Pro username after your payment, as part of setting up your order manually. Enter your username exactly as it appears on your IFT Pro platform so the check goes smoothly.

If the username you enter doesn't exist or your IFT Pro account isn't active, we cancel the order and issue you a refund. These bundles are available only to active IFT students.

The Complete Trader Program includes live study sessions with Oliver and a live trading room alongside his team; the frequency depends on the modality you choose. Swing Prop works the same way, focused on the forex market. The full breakdown of sessions per modality is on each program's page.

Yes. The Oliver Velez Store gift card is digital, delivered by email, and redeemable on anything in the store — the cards, the class library, bundles, or merch. It's available in $50, $100, $150, and $200, and it expires 6 months after purchase.

It depends on the type of product and the stage of your order.

Physical products. You can request a full refund only while your order has not yet shipped, under the right-of-withdrawal rule and within 48 hours of purchase. Once the order has shipped, it is no longer refundable, or a partial refund may apply depending on the case.

Digital products. Digital products are non-refundable, since once delivered you already have access to the product.

Educational programs are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of sale. You'll get an email with the join instructions no later than the day before the class. It usually arrives on Friday, since the live class is typically held on a Saturday or Sunday, though the exact day can vary. This monthly live class with Oliver is for customers who have My Trading Poker (and the Plus bundles that include it).
